Birmingham Churches Together Training

Who are we?
We are part of Birmingham Churches Together, an organisation which enables churches and congregations in Birmingham and Solihull to share and work together in all areas of the Christian life.
 
What do we do?
Birmingham Churches Together Training works to promote wider access to learning for adults and families in and through the Churches, faith groups and schools within Birmingham and Solihull by:
 
   Promoting the role of the Community Learning Champion.
  Training and supporting Learning Champions.
  Offering training for clergy and laity who facilitate adult learning.
  Delivering Family Learning programmes in churches and schools.
  Providing a consultancy service for those wishing to develop a Learning for Life project
  Providing Adult Tutors who are qualified and experienced in delivering Skills for Life, Family Learning and Parenting programmes in churches and schools
  Managing Learning for Life projects on behalf of local churches/organisations
  Developing a network of voluntary organisations that provide learning opportunities for adults and families
